Project Manager Alimentec

About the role

Koelnmesse Colombia is looking for a Project Manager for Alimentec, a role combining end-to-end project management with a strong commercial focus. The person will plan, lead and execute the trade fair, define and implement commercial strategies, and ensure that timelines, budgets, positioning and expected business results are met through coordination of internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and follow-up of the project
• Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for the trade fair
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key accounts
• Identify business development and growth opportunities
• Track commercial and project performance indicators

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project leadership, commercial projects or related roles
• Experience in B2B sales, negotiation, client management or business development
• Experience in food & beverage, FMCG, foodservice, restaurant chains, retail or related B2B industries is a plus

Required skills

• B2+/C1 English (mandatory)
• Planning, coordination, decision-making and stakeholder management
