About the role

As a Prospector at Ozeol, you will act as the front‑line hunter for our global purchasing pipeline, using market insights to identify and qualify new suppliers and open doors for our buying process. The role offers a clear career path toward becoming an International Buyer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers through internet research, trade fairs, magazines and international databases.
• Assess potential suppliers on cost, lead time, quality and reliability.
• Engage with suppliers from various countries, ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to guarantee smooth procurement and delivery.
• Build and maintain qualified supplier files for the global database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Trading, Procurement Management or a related field.
• Proven track record in sourcing, sales or trading (outbound sales, business development, sourcing specialist, market development).
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking about procurement and sales.
• Excellent English communication skills for interaction with international suppliers.
• Professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings.
