Regional Finance Manager – Controlling & FP&A (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Finance Manager to lead Controlling and FP&A activities across our Latin America operations. Based in Bogotá, you will partner with country controllers, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity, improve performance and provide strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regional financial leadership, aligning local finance teams with corporate Finance.
• Coordinate accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting and performance‑management across multiple countries.
• Consolidate and analyse financial results, highlighting risks, trends and opportunities.
• Partner with country controllers to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls and compliance.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights that challenge business results.
• Support manufacturing‑finance activities such as product costing, inventory analysis and cost driver identification.
• Drive KPI tracking for regional manufacturing sites and improve working‑capital performance.
• Facilitate collaboration among local, regional and global finance teams in a matrixed environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting quality and close effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both Controlling/Accounting and FP&A/Business Finance, preferably within a multinational manufacturing organization.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to represent Finance across a complex, highly matrixed region.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, challenge performance and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
