Regional Strategy Director

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Strategy Director with over 10 years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies to lead strategic planning across multiple markets. The role focuses on developing data‑driven communication and media strategies that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead extraction of consumer, audience and market insights to shape regional communication, media, digital, content, shopper marketing and social media strategies.
• Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with regional and local business objectives.
• Manage regional client accounts as a strategic partner for senior stakeholders, maintaining consistency across markets.
• Design connection plans, customer decision journeys and strategic frameworks based on consumer behavior and media consumption patterns.
• Transform research findings, market intelligence and campaign performance data into actionable insights.
• Lead strategic workshops with regional and local teams to identify growth opportunities and strengthen media effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing regional or multi‑market accounts within media, advertising or marketing agencies.
• Strong expertise in audience intelligence, consumer insights, market research and strategic media planning.
• Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, consumption habits and emerging consumer trends across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
