Remote Bookkeeper – Precision Financial

About the role

Precision Financial is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join its remote team in Colombia. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day accounting operations for assigned clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices using MarginEdge.
• Perform daily sales reviews, export data, and enter sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate QuickBooks records and code POS deposits.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and manage accounting inbox correspondence.
• Coordinate vendor invoice submission and follow‑up on missing items.
• Organize and store monthly bank, credit‑card, loan, vendor statements and POS sales summaries in SharePoint.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable work ethic with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Experience with 10000ft for resource planning.
• Proficiency in MarginEdge for invoice processing.
• Solid knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
