Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and help source, screen, and attract top candidates for a variety of positions across Colombia. The role is fully remote, with occasional monthly office visits in Medellín.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Implement proactive sourcing tactics such as cold‑calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a virtual recruiter focused on sourcing and screening.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from a dedicated home office.
• Immediate availability.
