Remote Survey Agent

About the role

bpo2b is hiring a Remote Survey Agent to carry out surveys for clients in Barranquilla, Popayan and Santa Marta. The position is full-time and remote, with availability during late schedules, up to midnight.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and verify that contacted individuals meet the criteria to be included in the survey sample.
• Request information from respondents in a respectful, professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct surveys accurately and complete the questionnaire in its entirety.
• Record and complete all required information accurately.
• Be available during the assigned working hours and according to the required schedule.
• Follow all instructions, procedures and guidelines for the proper administration of surveys.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with respondents.

Required profile

• C1 level of English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, surveys or similar environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; dynamic, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work late schedules, up to 12:00 AM.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of and ability to use computer tools and online platforms.
• Comfortable working with online survey platforms and communication tools.
• Reliable and stable internet connection.
