Sales Account Executive – Latin America (Colombia)

About the role

Qureos is looking for an energetic Sales Account Executive to lead its commercial expansion across Latin America, starting with Colombia. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing AI‑driven hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise accounts in Colombia and the broader LatAM region.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos that focus on solving hiring challenges rather than just showcasing features.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring accurate CRM data and reliable forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to keep the pipeline healthy and conversion rates high.
• Identify partnership opportunities and new growth vectors across LatAM, adapting the market approach as the company expands.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a proven record of meeting quota.
• Deep knowledge of the Colombian and wider LatAM enterprise landscape, especially procurement and senior stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience selling to HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, or in HR‑tech, AI, or recruitment technology.
• Native Spanish speaker with strong business English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
