Senior Associate, Programmatic

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Programmatic to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic media campaigns. You will work closely with clients, publishers, vendors and internal teams to deliver successful digital advertising across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, manage and optimise programmatic campaigns on DSPs such as Yahoo DSP, DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Handle direct buys, including insertion order management, campaign execution and coordination with publishers and media partners.
• Monitor pacing, performance, delivery and KPIs, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Manage ad serving, tracking, measurement and troubleshoot campaign issues.
• Support client‑facing conversations, presenting recommendations, results and optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in programmatic, digital media or media activation, preferably in an agency.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Yahoo DSP, DV360 and/or The Trade Desk.
• Experience with Display/HTML, Native and YouTube campaign formats.
• Direct‑buy and insertion‑order management.
• Campaign tracking, measurement and troubleshooting.
• Working directly with publishers, media partners or vendors.
