Senior Associate Supply Chain – Data & Analytics

About the role

Amgen’s Global Distribution Hub Americas is seeking a Senior Associate Supply Chain (Data & Analytics) to support transformation initiatives, develop dashboards, and act as the SAP Order‑to‑Cash subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated interactive dashboards and reporting tools for GDHA performance and budget.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, drive decision‑making, and support business growth.
• Lead month‑end closing activities and own related processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for SAP Order‑to‑Cash incidents, enhancements, training, and change requests.
• Maintain the team SharePoint page and support process‑mapping initiatives.
• Collaborate on automation, AI/ML, RPA projects to improve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, business analytics or BI within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• SAP Order‑to‑Cash (and preferably SAP TM) troubleshooting.
• Advanced Excel, MS Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint.
• Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• Dashboard development and KPI reporting.
• Experience with automation, AI/ML concepts and RPA.
