Senior Associate Supply Chain – Order Management

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate to manage order and shipment processes in Bogotá. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor customer and intercompany orders through shipment readiness and execution.
• Create, maintain, and follow up on sales orders, stock transfer orders, deliveries, and related transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate order and shipment readiness with planning, scheduling, warehouse, transportation, and regional partners.
• Support carrier selection, freight booking, and preparation of shipment documentation.
• Monitor open orders, identify potential delays, and proactively follow up on pending actions.
• Resolve and escalate order and shipment exceptions, including customs holds and system issues.
• Maintain accurate transactional data in SAP and other applicable systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in order management, supply chain, logistics or customer service within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
