Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Order Management) – Bogotá

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Chain professional to manage order processing and shipment execution in Bogotá. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor customer and intercompany orders, creating and maintaining sales orders, stock transfer orders and deliveries in SAP.
• Coordinate order and shipment readiness with planning, scheduling, warehouse operations, transportation and regional partners.
• Support carrier selection, freight booking and preparation of shipment documentation.
• Monitor open orders, identify potential delays, and proactively follow up on pending actions.
• Resolve order and shipment exceptions, including customs holds, documentation and system issues.
• Maintain accurate transactional data in SAP and participate in operational meetings to communicate risks and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in order management, supply chain, logistics or customer service within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
