Sr. Associate Supply Chain – Data & Analytics

About the role

Amgen’s Global Distribution Hub Americas is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Data & Analytics) to support transformation activities, develop dashboards, and act as the SAP Order‑to‑Cash SME. The role will drive data‑based decision making and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated interactive dashboards, reports and tools for performance monitoring and decision support.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimization, and escalate issues as needed.
• Own month‑end closing activities and standardized reporting for GDHA.
• Serve as first point of contact for SAP Order‑to‑Cash incident management, enhancements, training and system testing.
• Maintain the team SharePoint page and support process mapping and execution of other business processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field with at least 3 years of experience in data science/analytics within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cultures.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP Order‑to‑Cash (and preferably SAP TM) and ability to translate user requirements into system functionality.
