Senior Client Project Manager

About the role

ACI is looking for a Senior Client Project Manager to lead complex, large‑scale projects that deliver its payments ecosystem solutions. Based in Bogota, you will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while meeting high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and deliverables using ACI’s Project Management methodology.
• Coordinate departmental and cross‑functional teams from initiation through implementation and post‑rollout review.
• Develop and present project documentation, status reports and communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate technical and non‑technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with business control requirements and corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 10 years of project management experience, preferably serving U.S. clients.
• PMP certification or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
