Senior Front-End Developer (React)

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with strong React expertise to build responsive, accessible web applications and embed Generative AI into daily delivery through automation, research, and reusable workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design highly responsive, user‑friendly web applications and architect reusable UI libraries.
• Build accessible, cohesive interfaces in partnership with product, design, and backend teams.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production‑quality React code and provide design feedback.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance, optimize load times, and debug complex cross‑browser issues.
• Implement unit and end‑to‑end testing, coordinate with QA, and adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work.

Required profile

• 3+ years of front‑end development experience with modern web applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript and React in production.
• Proven code‑review experience with constructive feedback.
• Solid UI engineering skills and strong testing practices.
• Performance optimization and debugging expertise across browsers and devices.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and AI safety awareness.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
