Senior Graphic Designer (Digital Design Lead)

About the role

An experienced graphic designer with leadership skills is sought to oversee digital design projects and team workflows, combining hands-on design with managing reviews and deliverables. The position is full-time and can be remote, onsite or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Direct design projects from concept to completion, on time and to client expectations
• Develop design strategies with creative and marketing teams
• Create digital assets such as social graphics, banners, infographics and newsletters
• Establish branding standards across digital platforms and campaigns
• Act as liaison between designers and clients on concepts and feedback
• Run design reviews and give constructive critique
• Manage multiple projects at once and oversee external vendors

Required profile

• 4+ years of industry experience, working both collaboratively and independently
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skill
• Graphic design experience with a digital focus, ideally in leadership roles
• Agency experience is preferred

Required skills

• Deep understanding of composition, typography and color theory
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Project management and multitasking skills
