Senior HRIS Reporting Analyst

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Senior HRIS Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain HR reporting solutions and data analytics that support operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Support HR reporting across Payroll, Time, and Benefits.
• Analyze data quality, compliance, and process improvements.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot reporting results.
• Train users and maintain reporting security.
• Support workforce analytics and KPI dashboard development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• English level B2+.
• 5+ years of experience building and testing reports in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with general HR processes and HR data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
