Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Marketing Analytics team. The role uncovers actionable insights across the full buyer journey, turning complex data into stories that drive global growth. It involves building advanced reporting, optimizing multi-touch attribution and working with marketing and executive leaders to optimise ad spend and scale pipeline conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse full-funnel buyer journeys and cross-channel performance to optimise ROI across Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Google Looker Studio or Tableau for leadership.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to integrate data from Salesforce, Marketo, attribution engines and web analytics.
• Partner with marketing leaders on variance and root cause analysis when KPIs miss targets.
• Design, evaluate and report on A/B and multivariate tests to improve targeting and web conversion rates.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, digital analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-touch attribution platforms such as CaliberMind or Bizible and integrating first- and third-party data sources.
• Deep knowledge of B2B performance metrics such as MQL, SQL, CAC, ROAS, LTV and conversion velocity.
