Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Consumer Services

About the role

The Senior Paid Advertising Strategist leads performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value consumer‑services accounts. You will own campaign planning, optimization, reporting and client communication while leveraging AI tools and the Nova ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA, manage budget pacing and advise on budget adjustments.
• Provide proactive strategy recommendations and maintain testing roadmaps for continuous experimentation.
• Analyze campaign data, attribution and incrementality to develop actionable insights.
• Mentor junior talent, uphold delivery excellence and integrate AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in an agency setting.
• Hands‑on expertise with a minimum of two paid‑advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations for clients.
