Senior Retail Marketing Manager – Latin America

About the role

PayJoy is seeking a Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead a team of Retail Marketers across its established Latin American markets. You will own the development and execution of B2B2X marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth for both B2B and B2C retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement local B2B2X marketing plans with full budget ownership and gross‑margin accountability.
• Coordinate in‑store marketing across thousands of points of sale, aligning joint strategies with retail partners and OEMs.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the customer journey.
• Work with suppliers and field‑sales teams to guarantee high‑quality material coverage at all locations.
• Lead B2C retail and digital campaigns to boost acquisition and retention.
• Use data‑driven analysis to optimize activation, engagement, and retention, and to forecast trends.
• Support country leadership on market expansion and new‑service launches, ensuring cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field.
• 10+ years of retail marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics or fintech.
• Proven track record in trade marketing, branding and media execution.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial KPIs such as CLV, CAC and ROI.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable navigating diverse subject areas and quick to learn.
