Social Media Manager

About the role

Price Benowitz, LLP, a mid-sized law firm with offices across Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida and Illinois, is seeking a highly driven, strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead its online presence. This is a fully remote position open to applicants based in Latin America; resumes must be submitted in English. The role owns the social media strategy end to end, turning senior leadership ideas into actionable campaigns, managing media production and driving organic growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain a detailed, proactive social media content calendar aligned with firm goals and brand voice.
• Lead and direct internal social media team members and oversee the videographer to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to turn their ideas and vision into compelling content plans.
• Drive social media projects independently from ideation to execution, set performance targets and manage workflows so that minimal supervision from the Department Manager is needed before final sign-off.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs and optimise content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience independently owning and running social media strategies for a business or organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team members and direct creative talent such as videographers, keeping production schedules on track.
• Self-motivated and autonomous, with strong project management skills and a track record of setting goals and solving problems independently.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and work directly with senior executive stakeholders.
• Bonus: experience managing social media for a law firm or legal practice, particularly in personal injury law.
