Social Media Manager - Law Firm & Attorney Brand

About the role

A personal injury and workers' compensation law firm is looking for a Social Media Manager to run its online presence and the personal brand of its lead attorney. The role is fully remote, with standard EST working hours and US federal holidays, and pays USD 1,200 - 1,500.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw video supplied by the firm and attorney into polished Reels, TikToks, Shorts and feed videos.
• Write and curate engaging copy tailored to personal and professional audiences.
• Schedule and post content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Distribute content across the firm's official pages and the attorney's personal accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages and handle light engagement.
• Keep the attorney's network and professional audience aware of her work, adapting messaging to a U.S. audience.
• Work with the attorney to turn photos, personal updates and firm insights into social posts.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and video production for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience in marketing for law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, self-directed worker who can spot technical risks and propose solutions.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva, focused on short-form video (captions, pacing, hooks).
• Understanding of publishing dynamics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
