Spanish‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spanish‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join a leading B2B sales acceleration company. Based in South America, you will support outbound campaigns targeting financial services and investment firms, generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Engage Spanish‑speaking prospects, conduct discovery and qualification conversations, and identify buying intent.
• Communicate complex financial and investment propositions confidently.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality sales opportunities and maintain accurate data in CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Work toward defined activity, meeting, qualification and pipeline KPIs while collaborating with sales leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent/native‑level Spanish and strong professional English.
• Currently based in South America.
• Proven experience selling financial products, investment solutions or related services.
• Background in SDR, BDR, business development or outbound sales with strong cold‑calling skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working remotely.
