Supply Chain Data Solutions Architect

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Supply Chain Data Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of data solutions across Global Operations & Supply Chain. This hybrid position in Bogotá will drive end‑to‑end data initiatives, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver key Global Operations & Supply Chain data programs, from idea through pilot and roll‑out.
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for critical projects across demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and quality inspection.
• Develop full‑scale project plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and monitor resource allocation.
• Report progress, KPIs, and escalate risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with at least seven years of supply chain, manufacturing, or data‑management experience.
• Strong English communication skills and proven ability to work in a large, matrixed global environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data management that delivers tangible business results.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, Advanced Planning, PLM/Data Governance, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of shop‑floor, warehouse management, regulatory/trade systems, and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to design scalable, simple solutions that support digital transformation.
