Talent Efficiency Analyst (Remote)

About the role

The Talent Efficiency Analyst will ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes at BairesDev. You will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications, turning large‑scale operational data into actionable feedback that improves hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, measuring adherence to scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven track record evaluating performance against defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
