Technical Recruiter – Hybrid (Medellín)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Medellín on a hybrid schedule, supporting U.S.-based manufacturing and technical positions. The role focuses on sourcing and placing talent for quality, maintenance, and supervisory roles within industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for QA/QC, quality engineering, maintenance, manufacturing technician and supervisory positions.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with U.S. hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview logistics and provide regular updates to clients.
• Manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with Colombian labor regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and sourcing abilities.
• Interest or experience in technical and manufacturing roles.
• High energy, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
