About the role

AZC Abogados is looking for an on‑site IT Support Technician to provide first‑level technical assistance to its staff. The role ensures that computers, printers, networks and related tools run smoothly, supporting the firm’s legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face technical support to employees.
• Configure, maintain and repair computers, printers and other devices.
• Install and update operating systems and software such as Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot basic internet, Wi‑Fi and local network issues.
• Set up equipment, email accounts and access rights for new hires.
• Assist with onboarding and respond to technology requests.
• Keep the inventory of hardware and assets up to date.
• Log and follow up on support incidents and service requests.

Required profile

• Technical or technologist degree in Systems, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work in a team, adapt to a dynamic setting and prioritize urgent requests.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Wi‑Fi, structured cabling and internet troubleshooting.
