Treasury Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Treasury Manager to safeguard and strengthen its financial stability in Colombia. You will manage liquidity, funding, and daily cash movements while ensuring compliance with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the launch of new products and features in Colombia.
• Manage key operational processes across the local Treasury function.
• Oversee daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios.
• Monitor liquidity and risk positions to ensure alignment with risk appetite.
• Improve processes, reporting, and procedures to optimise operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams on treasury‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a treasury role within a Colombian bank.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work at pace in a high‑growth environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise through both specialisation and broad exposure.
