Trilingual Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking fluent English, French, and Spanish speakers with a strong sales mindset to join a new inbound sales campaign in Barranquilla. You will handle inbound calls from customers interested in renting commercial storage units in the United States, understand their needs, and convert qualified opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls from customers seeking commercial storage solutions in the U.S.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and communicate value propositions.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate records in required systems and follow campaign procedures.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French, and Spanish with excellent verbal communication.
• Strong sales orientation, persuasive communication, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, BPO, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Barranquilla and adapt to variable schedules, including weekends.
