Account Manager – Google for Education (English & Spanish)

About the role

Google for Education is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to drive adoption of its solutions across schools, municipalities and state agencies in Colombia. You will own the full sales cycle, leveraging data insights and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver innovative hybrid‑classroom experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in national‑level government institutions.
• Develop growth strategies, deliver compelling pitches, and achieve quarterly sales targets and OKRs.
• Identify opportunities, build a robust pipeline of Google for Education solutions, and close strategic agreements.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to accelerate digital transformation.
• Collaborate with sales engineering and marketing to enhance promotional collateral and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology sales or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Experience promoting cloud computing technologies to ed‑tech companies or working directly for an ed‑tech firm.
• Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Preferred experience in channel and partner development within the EdTech or education market.
