Acoustic Engineer

About the role

The Acoustic Engineer will support planning, design, and delivery of acoustic and noise‑control solutions for building and infrastructure projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to produce compliant, technically sound designs and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform acoustic calculations, modeling, and analysis for building and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct environmental noise assessments, including noise propagation and mapping.
• Design and evaluate noise‑control solutions such as barriers, enclosures, silencers, and acoustic treatments.
• Carry out vibration assessments and support vibration‑control and isolation measures.
• Support architectural acoustics design, including sound isolation, façade, and room acoustics.
• Assist in design of Public Address, Voice Evacuation, and electro‑acoustic systems.
• Review acoustic data, drawings, equipment information, and technical submittals.
• Prepare acoustic specifications, calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate acoustic requirements with multidisciplinary project teams and ensure delivery within schedule and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Acoustic Engineering or Sound Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acoustic and vibration engineering, including noise control and technical documentation.
• Experience on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (B2‑C1 level).

Required skills

• Acoustic modeling software: INSUL, EASE, EASE Evac, CadnaA, SoundPLAN, SONArchitect.
• Proficiency in Revit.
