BIM Coordinator – Digital (Data Centers)

About the role

The BIM Coordinator – Digital (Data Centers) will drive BIM implementation on complex international data‑center projects, manage the Common Data Environment, and coordinate multi‑discipline models to ensure seamless delivery. You will work closely with project teams across regions, supporting digital workflows and delivering high‑quality BIM outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute BIM implementation strategy on large‑scale, international data‑center projects.
• Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE), manage permissions and set up models in Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise.
• Lead multi‑discipline coordination, create federated models, run clash detection and facilitate BIM coordination meetings using Navisworks, Revizto or similar tools.
• Coordinate smart‑object metadata and classification with asset information databases.
• Provide technical support for 3D modelling and data management across Autodesk and Bentley suites.
• Integrate point‑cloud data and manage Scan‑to‑BIM workflows.
• Produce 4D construction simulations with Navisworks or Synchro.
• Develop and maintain smart‑object content libraries, Revit families and templates.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a BIM Coordinator or in digital delivery, with a portfolio of building projects.
• Proven experience in multi‑discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 framework and related documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Experience working with global project teams and CDE platforms.
