BIM Modeler – MEP / Plumbing (US Projects) | Revit MEP | 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler / Specialist focused on MEP & Plumbing systems to join a U.S.-based construction client’s design team. The role is fully remote for LATAM professionals and follows a New York (EST) schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and construction‑ready shop drawings using Revit MEP.
• Design, model, and coordinate plumbing/hydrosanitary systems for commercial and residential projects in the United States.
• Apply IPC, UPC, and other U.S. building codes to ensure compliant designs.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
• Review architectural/structural plans to identify coordination issues and propose engineering solutions.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to eliminate modeling errors and maintain organized project documentation.

Required profile

• Advanced technical and conversational English (B2+/C1).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in MEP modeling, plumbing design, or hydrosanitary engineering.
• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Sanitary, Hydraulic Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical MEP modeling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on technical design challenges.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
