DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer specialized in AWS to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure that powers its global software delivery. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with top‑tier engineering talent.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage highly available AWS environments using core services such as EC2, EKS, and RDS.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines with tools like CodePipeline or GitHub Actions.
• Automate provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Optimize containerized workloads, orchestrate with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS, and improve resource utilization.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and incident response in partnership with engineering teams.
• Ensure security and compliance via IAM policies and infrastructure hardening.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AWS core services (EC2, EKS, RDS).
• Strong background in IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline or GitHub Actions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
