Digital Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

Join WITHIN’s fast‑growing team as a Digital Specialist trainee, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple performance‑marketing channels. You will work on client portfolios, collaborate with internal teams, and develop expertise in paid social, search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media.

Key responsibilities

• Support diverse client portfolios by executing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with clients to align on strategy and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch campaigns.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Assist with A/B testing, consumer research, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide creative and copy recommendations and help implement best‑practice technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in a performance‑driven digital marketing career.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Experience with paid search tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Basic understanding of programmatic DSPs.
