Finance Business Partner Manager – Technology Investments

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an analytically strong Manager, Finance Business Partner to support technology investment decision‑making across the company. The role blends financial expertise with hands‑on analytics to deliver data‑driven insights that accelerate and clarify investment choices.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable financial models and analytical tools for technology investment evaluations.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity and driver‑based analyses to quantify financial impacts of technology initiatives.
• Translate engineering, infrastructure and capacity inputs into structured financial datasets.
• Partner with engineering, architecture and product teams to capture technical drivers and data sources.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Finance Business Partners and Controllership to align models with forecasts, budgets and actuals.
• Ensure model hygiene, documentation and version control for auditability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve modeling efficiency.
• Develop and roll out analytics dashboards, data pipelines and visualisations for finance and technology leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in financial analytics, FP&A, data‑driven modeling or technology finance.
• Comfort working with large, imperfect datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
