Intermediate Product Manager – Retail Financial Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Product Manager to help execute the Retail Financial Operations roadmap. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and the SAP ERP team to design, document, and ship improvements across Turbo's financial domains, while also exploring AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.

Key responsibilities

• Execute roadmap initiatives defined by the Principal PM with autonomy in implementation.
• Conduct discovery workshops with Finance and Operations to map processes and identify pain points.
• Write clear PRDs and process specifications for engineering.
• Track operational metrics such as match rate, days payable outstanding, and trade marketing recovery rate.
• Build simple prototypes using AI tools (Claude, N8N) to validate hypotheses.
• Coordinate with the SAP ERP team to document configuration requirements.
• Represent the product in cross‑functional forums on day‑to‑day operational topics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product experience, preferably with exposure to financial systems, ERP, or B2B operational processes.
• Proven ability to write PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Comfortable analyzing operational data and creating basic dashboards.
• Curiosity about AI tools to accelerate analysis and prototyping.
