IT Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Procurement Manager for a hybrid position in Bogotá to support global sourcing and procurement across IT categories. Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement & Real Estate North America, the role focuses on software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, consulting and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies and a 12‑month pipeline for IT.
• Manage strategic relationships and commercial contracts with global technology suppliers.
• Monitor IT spend, contract renewals and supplier performance using KPIs and risk assessments.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives including RFI/RFP management, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Privacy, Risk, Finance and IT Business Partners to ensure compliant sourcing decisions.
• Support consolidation and simplification of IT sourcing to reduce transactions and time to contract.
• Conduct spend analysis and market intelligence to identify savings and innovation opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for contract interpretation issues and pre‑legal disputes.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and procurement transformation initiatives related to technology spend.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, category or vendor management.
• Experience working with global suppliers such as Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and service integrators like Accenture or Infosys.
• Proven track record leading global or multi‑regional sourcing initiatives.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise in complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of IT sourcing, supplier relationship and category management methodologies.
• Financial analysis and cost modelling skills for savings delivery.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
