Product Lead – Risk

About the role

Clara is looking for a Product Lead to head the Risk Builder squad within the Biz Ops tribe. You will own the full credit lifecycle from a product perspective, balancing rapid execution with strict risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire Risk product surface across acquisition and portfolio management, including onboarding checks and credit line adjustments.
• Manage integration with Credit and Fraud Risk vendors, making build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Translate risk model outputs into seamless product experiences in partnership with Data Science and Credit Risk teams.
• Define and track core business metrics such as approval rates, fraud loss rates, and time‑to‑decision.
• Accelerate delivery by writing PRDs, managing the backlog, and driving cross‑team alignment.
• Build no‑code/low‑code solutions and automate workflows using tools like N8N or Oscilar.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on risk, fraud, credit, or identity products in fintech.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to write SQL queries, conduct cohort analysis and design experiments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and proven ability to move hard business metrics.
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, v0).
• Experience using GitHub for branch, commit, PR management.
• Understanding of API integrations and webhook‑based event flows.
• SQL query writing.
• Familiarity with no‑code/low‑code platforms such as N8N and Oscilar.
