Product Manager – AI, Consumer Panel Data Platform

About the role

NielsenIQ is investing in AI to transform how we process, validate, and enhance Consumer Panel data. As a Product Manager on the AI-focused team, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for AI‑enabled capabilities across our input data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the AI Validation and Automation product roadmap, aligning data science, engineering, operations, and product leadership.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well‑defined AI/ML product requirements, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from opportunity sizing and model feasibility through pilot, rollout, and adoption.
• Define business‑oriented AI model performance metrics and hold solutions accountable.
• Partner with data science on model development priorities and evaluate automation versus human‑in‑the‑loop approaches.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience with ownership of technical or data‑intensive products; AI/ML‑powered capabilities strongly preferred.
• Working fluency in AI/ML concepts such as model training, classification, LLMs, and automation patterns.
• Experience with large‑scale data pipelines, data quality, or data operations environments.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to define metrics and make evidence‑based prioritization decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
