Product Manager – Remote (US/LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to work remotely with Turbo AI, partnering with 2‑3 founders at a time to drive product strategy, design, delivery and analytics. You will act as the strategic liaison between founders, engineers and AI agents, ensuring fast, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own client outcomes by managing 2–3 founders simultaneously, setting clear expectations and delivering a premium experience.
• Translate vision into actionable plans, turning messy ideas into goals, roadmaps and prioritized weekly tasks.
• Scope features end‑to‑end – prototypes, flows, specifications and edge cases – without relying on engineers or designers to fill gaps.
• Partner closely with a Technical Lead to unblock delivery, simplify solutions and keep the squad shipping predictably.
• Define success metrics, write analytics specifications and provide data‑driven insights on product performance.
• Serve as the final quality gate, stress‑testing builds and ensuring shipped products are reliable and polished.
• Propose and implement process improvements that make Turbo faster and more magical.

Required profile

• Experience leading product at a startup, dev shop or agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients or complex products simultaneously.
• Strong systems thinking – comfortable with flows, constraints and first‑principles reasoning.
• Excellent at writing clear specifications that engineers love.
• Client‑focused communication: clear, calm and persuasive.
• Comfort making rapid decisions with incomplete information.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous and chaotic environments.
• Obsessed with quality, user experience and detail.
• Fluent, conversational English.
• Passionate about how AI will reshape product teams and eager to work on the front lines.
