About the role
The QHSE Analyst will implement and execute all activities defined in the QHSE strategy and annual plan, ensuring compliance with local legislation, customer requirements and GEA QHSE policies.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and execute QHSE activities defined in the strategy and annual plan.
- Ensure safety and environmental measures during project/service execution at workshops or customer sites.
- Plan and deliver QHSE training, onboarding, safety talks and awareness sessions.
- Perform or support accident investigations and enforce GEA safety core rules.
- Conduct inspections and audits at offices, workshops, projects and customer sites.
- Develop and maintain the local QHSE management system and related records.
- Manage maintenance, calibration schedules and PPE delivery.
- Supervise contractors on HSE matters and update legal requirements matrix.
- Report monthly QHSE KPIs and support managers on occupational health and safety.
Required profile
- HSE or related technical education with a Health and Safety license.
- At least 3 years of practical QSHE experience in an industrial environment.
- B1+ level English proficiency.
