Revenue Optimization & Analytics Specialist

About the role

Join Mastercard's Revenue Optimization & Planning team to shape product strategies, pricing initiatives, and revenue planning across a global portfolio of payments products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decision‑making and business planning.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather, structure, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
• Perform financial impact assessments, scenario analyses, and revenue forecasting at product, customer, market, and regional levels.
• Assist in designing, evaluating, and optimizing pricing models for Mastercard products and services.
• Prepare recommendations, presentations, and materials for leadership reviews.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects with Product, Finance, Account Management, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Regional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for using data to solve business challenges.
• Curious about the payments industry, digital commerce, and product economics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and able to work onsite three days per week.
