Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Compensation Delivery

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, Compensation Delivery supports the execution and transformation of Mastercard's compensation delivery operations. You will work across multiple compensation programs to ensure accurate, efficient, and auditable delivery while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational execution of annual compensation cycles, sales compensation, market pricing, job architecture, and equity compensation.
• Coordinate program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, reporting, testing, and quality reviews.
• Partner with Compensation Design, P&C Technology, GBSC, and external vendors for readiness and issue resolution.
• Handle Tier 2 escalations, research issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Develop reports and analyses to inform decision‑making and program effectiveness.
• Assist transformation initiatives focused on simplification, governance, controls, and automation.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and process flows; support KPI reporting and audit activities.

Required profile

• Experience supporting compensation, total rewards, HR operations, or a related function.
• Foundational knowledge of compensation programs and related processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
