Senior BIM Coordinator – Digital (Data Centers)

About the role

AECOM Enterprise Capabilities is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator – Digital (Data Centers) to lead BIM implementation, coordinate digital delivery and manage the Common Data Environment for complex international data‑center projects based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead BIM implementation strategy for complex international data‑center projects.
• Establish and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) to support multi‑stakeholder collaboration.
• Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
• Produce and maintain BIM Execution Plans, model information delivery plans and related documentation.
• Oversee digital quality assurance, model checks, KPI monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of BIM and digital delivery experience, including formal BIM manager/coordinator roles on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM execution planning.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects with geographically dispersed teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and/or Civil 3D.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as a Common Data Environment.
• Advanced use of Navisworks, Revizto or ACC Model Coordination for clash detection.
• Knowledge of Dynamo for visual programming.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Content Catalog and digital content management.
