Senior Business Development Manager – Flights LATAM

About the role

Hopper is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead airline partnership initiatives across the LATAM region. You will act as the primary liaison with airline distribution partners, driving revenue growth and fostering long‑term collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of airline accounts, developing growth strategies and execution plans.
• Track partner performance, analyse results, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives and insertion orders with airline partners.
• Ensure smooth operational execution and a strong traveler experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline) and exposure to the LATAM market.
• Understanding of commercial, cultural and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem.
• Positive, proactive, self‑motivated attitude with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
