Senior Client Finance Analyst – Strategic Finance Business Partner

About the role

Strategic finance business partner responsible for managing client profitability, leading FP&A processes, and delivering high‑quality financial analysis to support executive decision‑making in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial projection processes for assigned client portfolios.
• Develop and maintain client profitability models and P&L oversight.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and executive reporting in D365 and Power BI.
• Align cross‑functional teams around client profitability targets and financial performance.
• Manage highly sensitive and confidential client financial information with full discretion.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership and client teams.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in finance, FP&A or client finance roles.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and financial modeling.
• Professional written and verbal English.
• Advertising or agency experience is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (non‑negotiable).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Power BI and Power Query (strongly preferred).
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) – strong differentiator.
