Senior End-Point Engineer (SCCM/Intune)

About the role

The Senior End-Point Engineer is a hands-on senior engineer on the End-User Computing team for the Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement, supporting roughly 11,000+ managed endpoints across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru and Paraguay. Working under the End-Point Lead/Architect, the role runs and improves daily SCCM (Configuration Manager/MECM) and Microsoft Intune operations, including application packaging, OS deployment, patching and compliance policies, and takes part in migrating the account from SCCM to cloud-first Intune.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SCCM/MECM: collections, deployments, OSD task sequences and distribution point health.
• Administer Intune: device configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployments and Windows Autopilot.
• Package, test and deploy applications while keeping packaging standards and documentation.
• Run patch management cycles, monitor deployment success and fix failures.
• Support the migration from SCCM to Intune, executing migration waves under the roadmap.
• Escalate complex endpoint incidents from the Service Desk and field services and drive root cause resolution.
• Build endpoint security baselines with Security, write PowerShell scripts and automation, and mentor the End-Point Engineer Jr.
• Maintain configuration documentation and support hardware refresh and large-scale deployment projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on endpoint engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows client OS, drivers and applications; strong English communication.
• Preferred: M365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification, SCCM-to-Intune migration experience, macOS/iOS/Android MDM support, managed services experience, and bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
