Talent Acquisition Internship – Global Recruitment

About the role

Avomind is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands‑on experience in global recruitment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑growth companies across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates worldwide using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screening conversations and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS.
• Assist with market mapping, recruitment strategy and employer branding projects.

Required profile

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment, people and global business.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• High motivation, curiosity and willingness to take ownership in a fast‑paced, international environment.
